Answers to the most common questions we're asked at ExpressClean Washateria.

Do you have a minimum dollar amount per order?

Pickup and Delivery - Wash, Dry, Fold - Minimum $30.00.

Customer Drop Off and Pick Up - Wash, Dry, Fold - Minimum 15 pounds.

All laundry is delivered the next day unless otherwise discussed.

Do you charge a fee if I miss my pick up or delivery?

Unfortunately, we do. Due to the rising fuel and labor costs, we lose money if we do not pick up your laundry. We charge a $30.00 fee for any missed pick up or delivery. You can reschedule your order within the secure customer area or contact us at (713) 464-1068.

When do you charge my credit card?

When you place an order, we do not charge your credit card, as the order you're placing is only an estimate because we do not know the accurate weight. We will pick up the clothes, process them, weigh them, update your "Shopping Cart", charge your credit card, and then deliver.

What is your pick up and delivery schedule?

We pick up and deliver Monday through Friday by 12:00PM.
